Professional title "European Trademark and Design Attorney"
European Trademark Attorneys and European Design Attorneys and European Trademark and Design Attorneys are registered with the Office of the European Union for Intellectual Property (EUIPO) and entered in the respective lists of registered representatives in trademark and design matters before the EUIPO. They are subject to the rules of the Union Trademark Regulation (VO EG / 207/2009) and the Community Design Regulation (VO EG / 6/2002) of the European Union.

LeoBlu is neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure in accordance with the ADR Directive and the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG) before a consumer arbitration board.
