By our provider-independent internal e-mail server, we are able to offer various automatic encryption mechanisms for each e-mail address of the domain @leoblu.de.
If desired, we can offer electronic interfaces for invoice exchange based on the established accounting interface protocols.
Through our client online portal, we can allow you to access information regarding your case files in our database by secure access only via a non-public proxy server (communication only via https and additional security certificates). The client online portal is free above a certain minimum case volume. The client online portal allows at any time: status inquiries or information access; access to LeoBlu’s letters including invoices and office actions (readable and/or downloadable); cost inspection per case file or the whole portfolio, including inspection of billed and not-yet-billed services; implementation with individual access rights for individual users, e.g. partial access such as access to single case files or the whole portfolio, etc.
Optionally, LeoBlu offers a mutually accessible virtual data server for mutual document access (no public cloud but as secure private cloud solution involving security-service-protected data center in the vicinity of Munich online accessible only indirectly via a non-public proxy server by communication involving https and additional security certificates.
